Movement at Tender
At Tender we guide movement practices with a deep and steady pace.
Focus is placed on connection to breath - our through line to connecting the mind, and the subtle body.
With the use of our custom Pitt and Giblin speakers we use music as a scaffolding to this throughline - sound has the ability to transform experience, and our playlists are curated to soundtrack each class, and their energetic pace.
The space is calming and the lighting is low, to encourage an internal ear.
We provide mats, blocks, straps and bolsters to assist any physical support, but feel free to bring your own props if you prefer.
